The Ministry of Education has since April 2016, published its Customer Service Charter on its website in an attempt to inform the general public on the services that it provides as well as how they expect to be treated when they access a service from the Ministry of Education. Six months into the implementation of the charter, the Ministry has decided to assess the services it provides at the headquarters level, as per what are laid down in the Charter. This is being done through a survey questionnaire which can be downloaded at (Click here to download).
Your participation in this survey is very important. Your answers will give us a good idea of how well we are meeting the commitments we have made to you as a customer in our charter. Should you wish to participate in the survey, kindly download and complete the questionnaire and return to the following email address.
Please rest assured that this email address provided is being accessed by one person only and that your identity as a participant will not be revealed at any point. Alternatively, you can drop your completed questionnaire in a closed box that has been put at the Reception of the Ministry of Education. You have until the end of January 2017 to do that.
The Ministry of Education thanks you for participating in the survey.
